Custom Mart Server Report Error

Hi, 

I tried to report via Custom Mart Server Report but it failed like attached image.

I used below URL as Create Custom Mart Reports.pdf in erwin installed folder.

http://localhost:18170/MartServer/service/report/generateReport/Libraries?username=admin&pwd=Erwin123

 What should I check more?
